Workshop materials are hosted in GitHub!

Lecture materials, Jupyter Notebook tutorials, R codes and practice questions are all provided within the private GitHub repository. Students are required to create their own GitHub account, and send me the username so that they can assess these materials. Note that GitHub can be assessed by both Desktop and Mobile phones so students can learn anytime and anywhere. The learning for bioinformatics does not end here; if students found useful reading materials or resources that can help others learn better, they can also contact me (kuanrong.chan@duke-nus.edu.sg) and request for permission to upload their materials.
